However my husband and I maintain a keto diet, and somehow pork rinds become a staple (for breading, dipping, etc.).When a friend of mine told me about these, I jumped at the chance to try them. I am so glad I bought them, because they are DELICIOUS!!! They don't have the stink that normal pork rinds have. These are light and delicious and smell like nothing!

We put popcorn powder (white cheddar) on them before we put them in the microwave. After they cook and puff up, they are SO good! I like eating them with salsa and nacho cheese.
